If you answered yes to the questions above, the Coaching Practice Studio will support you in advancing your skills and abilities as a coach by focusing on coaching practice and group mentor coaching. We meet as a group 11 times over 4 months. Our PCC-accredited and Mentor Coach Certified Faculty support and guide you during the course. The group is limited to 9 participants to support your learning with a trusted group of colleagues
We focus on deepening your coaching skill set through real-time practice, reflective practice, and deepening your understanding of the updated ICF core competencies. Throughout the program, we’ll focus on clear, actionable feedback – how to give it to others and how to ask for it for yourself. You may also schedule 3 individual hours of mentor coaching to focus on your individual coaching development.

Space is limited to 9 participants.
$1200 for 7 group mentor coaching hours + 3 individual mentor coaching hours.
$900 for group mentor coaching only.
$600 for 3 individual Mentor Coaching hours.

In addition to her executive leadership experience, Janet has furthered her understanding of leadership and organizational change. She has earned an M.A. in Industrial / Organizational Psychology and following her training with SeattleCoach has earned the designation of Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential from the International Coach Federation. Janet is a Certified Mentor Coach and is trained as a PCC assessor.
