I am a coach whose focus is working with clients who desire authenticity and meaning in their work and personal lives. Think of me as your "human potential" coach!
I believe that connection and self-compassion are critical to achieving your goals personally or professionally. I hold a firm belief that all my clients are whole people who are seeking deep change and want someone to ask them the big questions that really matter. I love to bring playfulness and heart to my work and relationships.
I enjoy seeing my partnerships effect change in building groups into highly functional, connected teams as well as supporting individuals to achieve the change they are aspiring to in their lives.
With over 25 years in the corporate world, and 18 of those working at a fortune 500 company in Global HR, I possess a breadth of experiences: project management, organizational development, systems thinking, career transitions, change management, program management, and leadership development.
I also have a passion for developing coaches. I do this through teaching and mentoring. I am a Lead Faculty member with the SeattleCoach Professional Coach Training and Development Program (ICF certified). The SeattleCoach Professional Training and Development Program grows leaders who plan to use their coaching skills and presence in a wide array of settings.
